Last updated: September 2026. By booking with K MACS Detailing, you agree to the terms below.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. For Paint Protection Film specifically, the deposit is 50% of the quoted price and must cover the full cost of the film ordered for your vehicle.
Once film has been ordered or cut for your vehicle, that specific film can't be used on another job — it's cut to your car's panels. Cancelling at that point still follows the same rule as any cancellation: no cash refund, but your deposit carries over to a new date.
Deposits are non-refundable — we don't return them in cash, regardless of how much notice is given. If you need to cancel, your deposit isn't lost: it carries over and is applied to a new date instead.
This covers one reschedule. If your plans change a second time, the deposit still carries over, but a 20% admin fee is deducted from it to cover the cost of holding and re-booking the slot.
Get in touch as early as possible when your plans change, and we'll find another date that works.
For Paint Protection Film jobs, the remaining balance is due before work begins, confirmed at check-in. If you're unable to pay the balance on arrival, the booking is rescheduled — your deposit carries over to the new date rather than being lost. This counts as your one reschedule; the same terms above apply if it happens again.
For all other services, balance is due on completion of the work.
Price ranges shown on this site are honest estimates based on vehicle size and service. The final quoted number is confirmed once we've reviewed your vehicle and details, and is fixed once issued — it does not change afterward.
We do not charge VAT. K MACS Detailing is not currently VAT registered.

For Paint Protection Film, Paint Correction and Scratch Repair enquiries, we ask for a photo of the vehicle or affected area to quote accurately. Photos are used only to assess your specific job and are not shared or used for any other purpose without your permission.
